BPL awarded “2019 Overall Best of Bloomingdale”!

2019 Best of Bloomingdale

“Best Overall” Bloomingdale Public Library

IN 2019, the Bloomingdale Public Library was nominated for the “Best in Non Profit Organization” category, which was awarded to the Lion’s Club.

Imagine everyone’s surprise when they announced the final award and we heard “Bloomingdale Public Library” as the recipient of the “Overall Best of Bloomingdale” award!!! This award is given to the one nominee that stood out above the rest in both voting results and the judges’ evaluation. I only wish someone had a camera on the table, especially our library’s Director, @Tim Jarzemsky, to capture the surprise and elation of the group!! It is definitely a collaborative effort!
Everyone involved works hard every day to provide the best service and experience to our patrons. Everyone is so grateful to receive this honor!
